Orders & Payments
How do I use a promo or discount code?
Applying a discount code is easy during checkout:

What are the shipping costs?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Elysian Verra Store proudly serves customers worldwide.
To provide the fastest possible service, we utilize multiple fulfillment centers located across different regions. Orders are typically dispatched from the warehouse closest to the delivery destination.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Most orders arrive within 10–20 business days after processing and shipment.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You may use this tracking number on tracking platforms such as 17track.net to monitor your shipment status.
Why hasn't my tracking information updated?
Tracking information may require 24–48 hours to appear after shipment confirmation has been issued.
Additionally, it is normal for packages to experience brief periods without tracking updates while moving between sorting facilities and carrier networks.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment locations.
When this occurs, each package receives its own tracking number, and separate tracking notifications will be sent to your email address.

Can I change my shipping address, recipient name, or phone number?

Can I modify items in my order?

Requests can only be accommodated before the order enters fulfillment. Please note that this timeframe is often very limited.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders that have not yet been shipped may be eligible for cancellation.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email.

I haven't received my tracking number yet.
Tracking details are generally sent within 1–2 business days after your order has been processed.
